Residential Services
Clear Blue Pool Management provides complete residential pool service. We can open and close your pool, perform weekly service, supply necessary chemicals and parts, maintain and repair your pool and its peripheral equipment, and keep your water crystal clear.
Openings
- Remove pool cover
- Assemble and start filter system
- Assemble and start heater (where applicable)
- Install ladders and handrails
- Test water and add proper water balancing chemicals
- Vacuum pool*
*Additional visit may be required depending on water clarity. Additional charge required for vacuum service.
Closings
- Remove ladders and handrails
- Drain and winterize filter
- Blow out and plug lines
- Add winterizing chemicals
- Install pool cover
Service Plans
Weekly service pricing based on weekly visits beginning Memorial Day and ending Labor Day. Additional weeks may be added and the price adjusted accordingly. Bi-weekly visits or bi-monthly visits can be provided and the price adjusted accordingly.
The following services will be provided at each visit:
- Chemical balance
- Vacuuming
- Skim pool surface
- Filter backwash
- Brush water line
- Empty skimmer baskets
- Empty strainer basket
Additional services are provided as necessary. These services include but are not limited to:
- SCUBA Repair – leak detection, liner patch, etc.
- Filter Maintenance – sand change, grid cleansing, etc
- PVC Repair
- Pump/Motor repair/replacement
- Filter repair/replacement
- Tile repair
- Pressure washing of pool cover
- Emergency pool service*
*Emergency visits are those necessary after 6:00 p.m. on weekdays and anytime on weekends.
